❌ No Returns & No Refunds

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or any other reason once the order has been delivered.

All sales are considered final.

⚠️ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect (wrong item sent)

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include the following:

- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue

✅ Refunds (Only for Defective Items)

If your claim is approved:

- You will receive a full refund to your original payment method
- In some cases, you may not be required to return the item

⛔ Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

- Change of mind
- Incorrect shipping address provided
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Minor variations in color, packaging, or design

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.
If you wish to order a different product, please place a new order.

🇪🇺 European Union (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

To be eligible:

- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund may be issued if all conditions are met.

💳 Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

- It will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Funds will be returned to your original payment method

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
